Phil Panos grew up in Salt Lake City, Utah.

While living in Salt Lake City he graduated the master program at the Utah College of Massage Therapy, and received national certification by the National Certification Board of Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork by the age of 18. Later he received certification to practice the Rolf method of structural integration from the International Professional School of Bodywork. Phil also had the pleasure of doing an apprenticeship with his teacher/mentor Ed Maupin Ph.D. who is a first generation Rolfer, trained by Ida P. Rolf Ph.D. herself.
